Is there a minimum commitment?
No. You can cancel at any time. The annual subscription is refunded pro rata if cancelled before 6 months.
Can I change plan?
Yes, at any time. The change takes effect immediately and billing is adjusted pro rata.
Are missions billed separately?
No. All missions included in your plan are covered. Overages are billed according to a transparent scale.
Do you offer NGO/non-profit rates?
Yes. Non-profit associations get a 15% discount on all plans. Contact our team.
Public institution or large organisation?
Fedasil, federal services, university hospitals - we offer framework contracts with centralised billing and full integration.
